Travelling to the Easter Bush Campus Easter Bush Campus is located eight miles to the south of Edinburgh city centre near Penicuik. It incorporates The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, the Roslin Institute, and several other research institutes and laboratories. HTML Getting here by bike Easter Bush Campus is located in the countryside about 8 miles south of Edinburgh, in between Penicuik, Roslin, and the Pentland Hills Regional Park. There are two main bike routes to the campus: If coming from the east side of the city, then QuiteRoute 61 will take you on a traffic-free converted railway path to Roslin. This is the quietest route to the campus. If you are coming from the west side of the city, the best route is to cycle to Hillend and then take the A703 to Easter Bush. From here you can take bus service 141. There is also a quiet cycle route that is traffic-free for most of the way. Scotrail provide train services to/from the rest of Scotland.
