Step by step guide

  1. Create a user account by entering the personal details requested
  2. Select the option for ACE permits
  3. Select the option for the permit option you require
  4. Complete the questions and upload and submit any supporting documentation as required
  5. An email will be sent to you to confirm your application has been received and is pending review.

If you are successful

Successful applicants will be advised next steps with a confirmation email

If you are unsuccessful

If you are unsuccessful you will have the opportunity to appeal the decision.
