Staff can apply for an interest-free bike loan to purchase a bike or motorcycle and associated safety clothing and equipment. This should not be confused for the Cycle To Work scheme, which allows staff to access a bike and accessories at a discount via a pre-tax salary sacrifice arrangement. The interest-free bike loan does not provide any cost-savings; it simply allows you to spread the cost of a bike (up to £500) over 10 months.
