Online listings

Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, and eBay are all good places to find second-hand bikes. If you are buying from a private seller through an online listings site though, then you should take extra care to make sure the bike is suitable for you, in good condition, and as described. The London Cycling Campaign have a good guide of things to check on their website.
