All staff, students, visitors and contractors are required to pay to park in University car parks. Strict Parking Regulations apply. Bona Fide Visitors Please be aware that vehicles not holding a valid permit will incur a parking charge notice and are liable to a charge of £60.00. Parking for University Contractors Parking in University car parks is by permit only. All contractors are required to pay to park in University car parks. Contractors requiring to park on University premises while carrying out works may purchase a limited supply of daily parking vouchers from the Parking Office (5 per week, per company) at a rate of £13.00 per day per vehicle in Central Area and £5.00 per day at King's Buildings Contractors with long-term University contracts may apply for an annual permit at a rate of £900 per year in the City Areas or £93.00 at King's Buildings. Submit an Application to be considered for an Annual Contractors Permit Select the option "Contractor" in the "Permit Type" section Select City or King's Buildings as appropriate in the "Zone" section Provide the vehicle registration number of the vehicle you require the permit to be valid for Answer the 3 questions on the application form and select proceed Your application will be submitted for review by the Parking Office before and offer can be made. You will receive an application number and an email of confirmation. You will be contacted to confirm the outcome of your application within one week How to Purchase and Activate Daily Parking Vouchers Select the option for "Contractor Visitor Voucher - City" or "Contractor Visitor Voucher - King's Buildings" The issue period states 12 months and will show the permit as valid until 31st December. This means you may purchase daily vouchers as required until 31st December of the current year. To continue to purchase vouchers into a new year requires a new registration to be submitted. Ensure you have selected the correct date you wish the voucher to be valid on in the "Start Date" section Select "Next" and ensure all information is correct Select "Proceed" to take you to the application confirmation page and select "make payment" You will be taken to the payment processing page to complete your details and pay for your one day parking voucher Repeat the above process for each day parking voucher you require Please be aware following this process will authorise a permit for one day of parking only.
